It Girls believes all young girls can embrace who they are, define their future, and change the world.

About It Girls

Intelligent and Talented Girls Inc, "IT GIRLS" began as a powerful vision by Aya Fubara Eneli in 2016. What started as a mentorship initiative at South Belton Middle School, in collaboration with Dr. Keonna White, quickly grew into a transformative movement. The 1st Annual IT GIRLS conference at Central Texas College saw 125 girls come together, and since then, our reach has only expanded.

Today IT GIRLS has positively impacted the lives of over 620 girls in Central Texas and inspired similar programs across the USA. We are dedicated to addressing the challenges young girls face and equipping them with the tools they need to thrive.
